Talent Systems Technology Consultant.
What even is this?
Marshall Wolfe design and build a suite of tools to allow clients to bespoke their hiring experience. We have grown rapidly and need to add to our Technology Team. Ideally we are looking for an individual from a Recruitment or Talent Acquisitions background (particularly an individual who understands Contract and Permanent recruitment Processes and the accompanying candidate journey). This needs to be coupled with a natural curiosity around technology and the willingness to learn some basic scripting and coding skills.

The role is multifaceted, but essentially it combines the following areas:
- Technology Product Owner – owning the technology roadmap and backlog for a suite of Marshall Wolfe Products
- Support – setting up a more formalised helpdesk / Support function and actively supporting customers with Functional queries
- Customer Engagement – comfortable presenting Technology Solutions to a range of SME & Enterprise Customers
- Innovation – helping us to design additional products and tools to assist in our mission
Pay is pretty average – we are an 18 month start-up! Bonus structure is good and there is an EMI share scheme for individuals who buy in to our vision.
