NorDev has always recognised that Software is so much more than code. In fact we would argue that NorDev is more about people and the Norwich technology community, than it is about technology.
To reflect this nor(DEV)con continues to offer People focussed themes; our own Jim Marshall, CEO of Marshall Wolfe and co-founder of MegaTeamOne – will be speaking at the conference on Friday 28th February 2020 (10:45am – 11:30am in Training Room 1). Jim will be speaking on behalf of MegaTeamOne and is always one to deliver an engaging and thought provoking presentation. Jim will be presenting on ‘How to build & manage high performing teams’.
MegaTeamOne has worked with SME Dev Teams through to Technology Teams of 300+ to create enjoyable high performance environments.
