After a positive response to the podcast back in December Jim was invited back earlier this month to feature on another podcast in the Innovation Martlesham series ‘Nicky in conversation with…’ to further explore some of the themes touched on previously. This time the podcast focused on collaboration and what this means to Jim, a topic we have previously blogged about in terms of our personal experience of collaboration at Marshall Wolfe.
The conversation opens by Jim referencing the expression ‘if you want to go fast go alone, if you want to go far go together’. You’ll hear about the different stages of collaboration, during the various stages of a company’s growth, as well as examples of the companies Marshall Wolfe has collaborated with particularly within the IM cluster.*
Jim also shares with Nicky his thoughts on how to establish a collaboration, how to build relationships and when to recognise that a collaboration isn’t adding value.
