So, for the first time in what feels like a long time (a necessary pause due to pandemic restrictions), Marshall Wolfe were able to get back into the swing of things and really showcase what makes us…us.

By including family (significant others and/or children) this is our way of strengthening our pack outside of the ‘working hours’ and get to know them on a more personal level. We believe that by including loved ones into our circle, we can share that it’s not just about the business but the happiness that we can create when we come together too.

We are very lucky to have our office onsite at Robertsons Boatyard and next to the River Deben. Which is why when the opportunity came up to take a well-deserved break and get out onto the water on the Boatyards newest addition “Sarah Ann Austin” Lifeboat we jumped at the chance. An hour away from the screen and taking in the fresh air is a unique experience not many people can share!
Celebrating success together as a team!
Like most businesses, we have moved to a hybrid model of 3 days working in our office in Woodbridge and 2 days remote working from home. There is something comforting about being in the office and the natural buzz that comes with it. We have been able to onboard new members of the team in person, have impromptu lunch at the local restaurants and congratulate each other more regularly on personal successes.
Our ‘Life at Marshall Wolfe’ wall collage is growing and we love it! We are interested to hear other leaders share their stories on what life looks like in their circle!
