CEO of Marshall Wolfe – Jim Marshall is honoured to have been asked to be a judge at this year’s UK IT Challenge for Disabled Young People. Organised by Shaw Trust and supported by BT – https://www.shaw-trust.org.uk/en-GB/The-UK-IT-Challenge this is an impressive event well attended by some very talented young people.
Over 3 days between Wednesday 3 to Friday 5th July 2019, more than 50 disabled young people will all be competing for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to represent the UK at the Global IT Challenge. The UK IT Challenge is a 3 day, jam packed event where teams of disabled young people from all across the United Kingdom compete on a variety of IT challenges to test ability, creativity and skill using different computer programmes.
There is the achievement of one individual’s project work that I will not be able to provide an impartial opinion on; delighted my niece has had her nomination for her inclusion in the Challenge approved. I expect her positive, determined and conscientious approach to be indicative of the young people in attendance.
